Easy Soap Cozy

I love all kinds of soaps, especially when they are in a cute soap cozy. I didn’t find anything online I liked,that’s why I created this cute and easy free crochet pattern. This was my very first own crochet pattern ever, that’s how I started my crochet designer journey!

I hope you’ll all like it!

  • Hobbii Friends Cotton 8/6 in White (01):          15 grams (35 yards/ 32 metres)
  • Yarn needle for weaving in ends
  • Scissors
  • Stitch markers

SC = single crochet

HDC = half double crochet

DC = double crochet

(This is only used for a full repeat, may contain smaller repeats)

V Stitch (V ST):

  • If a row/round starts with a Chain 1, that is not counted as a stitch, unless stated otherwise.
  • US terms used throughout.
  • At the end of every round, there’s going to be a note with the stitch count, so you can keep track of your work easily and avoid any mistakes. It’s written in a different color, in bold.
  • After Row 2, you are going to work in rounds. You will crochet all the way across the row, and down the side, around the bottom and up the other side to turn it into a round.
  • Notes are written in a different color in (brackets) to help you through the pattern or or tell you which stitches to work into or skip.
  • You can start each round as I did in the pattern or you can use a standing stitch or chains, it’s totally up to you!
