A beautiful and simple wave pattern which has a lot of potential!
This gorgeous and simple baby blanket can be the perfect choice if you love colors and easy, repetitive rows.
I used this stitch combination in my Waves of Nature Tote Bag and I thought you would love a blanket option too!
It can be made in any size: make a baby blanket or if you are more adventurous crochet a large afghan!
Special thanks to my testers: Cheryl Freeman, Kerry Freeman and Michelle Schneider

Additional notes:
- If a row/round starts with a Chain 1, that is not counted as a stitch, unless stated otherwise.
- Slip stitches do not count as stitches.
- CH 2 always counts as double crochet.
- CH 3 always counts as treble crochet.
- US terms used throughout
- At the end of every row, there’s going to be a note with the stitch count, so you can keep track of your work easily and avoid any mistakes. It’s written in a different color in bold
- Notes are written in a different color in (brackets) to help you through the pattern.
- You can start each round as I did in the pattern or you can use a standing stitch or chains, it’s totally up to you!
- Starting from Row 8, I only included which color is used as the steps are repeated.
- For the border rounds use a 5mm/H size hook.
- You can easily adjust the width of your blanket: the starting chain should be multiples of 12+2 chains.
