Yavanna Baby Cardigan and Hat Set

Small Hat:

To start: MR

Round 1: CH 2 (does not count as a ST), 12 DC into MR, join with a SLST to first DC                     

 (12 DC)

Round 2: CH 2 (does not count as a ST), 2 DC in each ST around, join with a SLST to first DC       

 (24 DC)

Round 3: CH 2 (does not count as a ST), 1 DC in same ST, 2 DC in next ST (Pic 1), *1 DC in next ST, 2 DC in next ST* repeat *to* around, join with a SLST to first DC (Pic 2)

Note: If you want the hat a bit smaller, you can do the following: CH 1, 1 HDC in same ST, 1 HDC in next 18 STS, 2 HDC in next ST, {1 HDC in next 19 STS, 2 HDC in next ST} twice

Please note, this option will affect the repeats in the next rounds (there will be 1 less repeat)!

  1. Hi, did you ever post the hat pattern to go with this one? You say that it can be found on the next page, but I don’t see it anywhere on your blog, even by searching.

    1. It’s on the next page since I uploaded this pattern to the blog in 2021.
